By accessing, browsing, or using VedaOne.ai (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, along with the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy referenced in them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform right away.
Some actions, such as creating an account or using specific features, may require you to confirm these Terms directly through a consent checkbox or a similar step.
VedaOne.ai is a financial modeling and scenario analysis platform. It helps you explore business performance, valuation, and financial projections using tools such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Relative Valuation models, revenue and cost projections, scenario and sensitivity analysis (also called what if simulations), and financial statements and downloadable investment ready reports.
The Platform takes the numbers and assumptions you provide and turns them into calculated outputs using defined formulas.
VedaOne is not a predictive engine. It does not guarantee real world outcomes. Every output is a mathematical result based on what you entered, not a forecast of what will actually happen.
The Platform is meant only for analysis, information, and education.
We are not financial advisors, investment advisors, brokers, accountants, or fiduciaries. Nothing on the Platform is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and we do not recommend or endorse any investment decision.
By using VedaOne, you agree that every decision you make is your own, independent of VedaOne, and that you will consult a qualified professional before making any financial commitment.
The accuracy and usefulness of what the Platform gives you depends entirely on the data and assumptions you enter.
The Platform does not check your inputs for correctness. Even a small change in an assumption, such as growth rate, discount rate, margin, or inflation, can produce a very different result, and unrealistic inputs will always produce unrealistic outputs.
In short: garbage in, garbage out.
You are responsible for the data you enter, the assumptions you choose, how you interpret the results, and any decision you make based on them.
Financial modeling always involves uncertainty. Please keep the following in mind.
Models are simplified versions of reality. They cannot capture every market factor or outside shock, and they may sometimes produce extreme, negative, or overly optimistic results.
Outputs are highly sensitive to the assumptions behind them. A small change in one input can meaningfully change a valuation or projection.
Financial markets are unpredictable. No model, including ours, can foresee macroeconomic shifts, regulatory changes, or unexpected shocks.
Any decision based on a model's output can result in partial or total financial loss. Only commit capital you can afford to lose.
VedaOne does not manage your assets, and using the Platform does not create any fiduciary duty toward you.
VedaOne.ai is currently an early stage product, offered as an MVP or Beta.
By using it, you understand that some features may be incomplete, still evolving, or experimental, that the experience may change without notice, and that some edge cases may not yet be handled.
We may modify, pause, or remove features at any time, and we may update the underlying models and logic as we go. Using the Platform at this stage is entirely at your own risk.
All services are provided as is and as available.
We do not promise that outputs are accurate, that calculations are fully reliable, that the Platform fits any particular purpose, or that it is always available.
We also cannot guarantee that results will match real world performance, or that the Platform will run error free and without interruption.
To the fullest extent the law allows, VedaOne is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for financial losses or missed opportunities, for decisions you make based on Platform outputs, or for data loss or service interruption.
This limit applies even if we were told such damages were possible.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you notice any unauthorised use.
We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials or by user negligence.
Please do not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our models or algorithms, resell or redistribute the Platform or exploit it commercially without our permission, introduce malicious code, bots, or harmful content, or try to access our systems or data without authorisation.
We may suspend or end accounts that violate this policy.
Where subscriptions apply, they are billed on a recurring basis, and you are responsible for keeping your payment details valid. Fees are non-refundable unless we say otherwise in writing, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be added to your invoice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. The Platform may go through scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or changes to features. We are not liable for any disruption or temporary unavailability that results.
All models, algorithms, interface, design, and content on the Platform belong exclusively to VedaOne and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You keep ownership of everything you input. By using the Platform, you give us a limited license to process and display that data only for the purpose of providing the service to you.
